Who SRTIP suits
The park suits technology and research-led businesses, especially in water, renewable energy, environmental technology, transport and logistics, digitalisation and smart manufacturing.
A business with no innovation or technology angle will get less from the park than from a general Sharjah zone.

What is particular to the park
The park was established by royal decree in 2016 to support research and enterprise, and sits beside the American University of Sharjah. A business plan is part of the application, so the quality of that document matters more here than in a general zone.
